ECMI’s vision has never been limited to one nation. We believe God is raising up workers throughout the world who will carry the love of God, the Word of Christ, and the power of the Spirit into their communities, churches, cities, and nations. Our desire is not to build something around ourselves, but to serve what God is already doing and help equip workers for the harvest wherever He opens the door.
The Harvest Needs Workers
Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few” (Matthew 9:37, NIV). That remains at the heart of ECMI. We identify, equip, commission, and encourage believers to become workers in the harvest, prepared to serve where God has placed them and to help others grow strong in Christ.

The goal is not to build the work around one person, or one nation. We want to see believers raised up within their own nations who can carry the work forward for generations to come.
Why We Give Everything Away
From the very beginning, East Coast Ministries International has been guided by a simple conviction:
What God has freely given to us, we desire to freely give to others.
Jesus told His disciples,
"Freely you have received; freely give." Matthew 10:8
Those words have shaped the way we approach ministry.
We believe that finances should never become a barrier that prevents someone from receiving biblical training, learning to serve Christ, or participating in the work of the harvest. Whether someone lives in a large city or a remote village, whether they have great resources or almost none at all, we want them to have access to the same biblical teaching and encouragement.
For that reason, we provide the vast majority of our ministry resources without charge. Our training materials, leadership development, discipleship resources, revival reports, and many other tools are made available freely because we believe they belong in the hands of those whom God is calling.
Giving everything away does not mean these resources have no cost. It simply means that others have chosen to bear that cost so that workers around the world can receive what they need without financial obstacles.
Every Bible distributed, every training conference held, every television broadcast produced, every leader strengthened, every prayer answered, and every worker equipped is made possible because faithful partners have chosen to invest in what God is doing among the nations.
This is more than generosity.
It is a shared commitment to see the gospel proclaimed, workers raised up, and every nation represented before the throne of God.
Our Story
Our Story
Every ministry has a beginning.
Ours did not begin with a strategic plan, a fundraising campaign, or a vision to build an international organization.
It began with a simple desire to follow Jesus wherever He chose to lead.
Long before East Coast Ministries International existed, God was quietly shaping our lives in ways we could never have imagined. Looking back, we can now see His hand preparing us for a work that would eventually reach far beyond anything we could have planned ourselves.
Like many believers, our journey has included seasons of joy and seasons of uncertainty, moments of great encouragement and times when we wondered what the Lord was doing. Yet through every season, one truth has remained constant: God has always been faithful.
As we studied the Scriptures together, one theme became impossible to ignore.
From Genesis to Revelation, God's heart has always been for every tribe, every language, every people, and every nation. We began to understand that His desire was not merely to gather believers but to raise up workers who would carry the gospel into places where Christ was not yet known and strengthen His Church around the world.
What began as a burden in our hearts slowly became a calling.
That calling eventually became East Coast Ministries International.
Today, by God's grace, we have the privilege of serving alongside faithful leaders across multiple nations, equipping workers, strengthening churches, stewarding revival, and watching the Lord do far more than we ever thought possible.
None of this has been our accomplishment.
It has always been His work.
We simply said yes.
There is a Place for You
The harvest is bigger than any one ministry, church, leader, or nation. It belongs to God, and He invites His people to take their place in what He is doing.
